Creativity and Growth

Step back and tap into your inner drive. Tap into your inner why. Believe that you know what to do. Listen to the voice within. Every time! It always works. Trust it. It knows.

Play! Laugh. Spend one day not saying you’re busy. And watch what happens. Life opens up. We have a great deal of time each day. Make use of it! Play and endless curiosity are secrets to perpetual growth. Begin to connect with others — in a meaningful way.

Live in excitement. Get rid of fear. Don’t be afraid of life. Rediscover your carefree attitude. No more worrying. Instead, start dreaming, doing, becoming. There are not many excuses for not doing – for not living an optimal life. Begin to experiment in your life. Take some risks.

Ralph Waldo Emerson says, “All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.”

Find someone who you are inspired by. Start studying them. This form of modeling guarantees that you get outside of your self and your ego and move up a few levels in your life. But you have to stick with it. Make a commitment.

Never feel embarrassed of yourself. Enjoy this journey! We’re all learning. Show enthusiasm. Be passionate about what you value. Develop strong and authentic relationships with people, so they’ll feel comfortable talking with you.

Make a conscious decision today — to understand who you are and who you want to be. Who is the ultimate you?

Begin with little steps. As you keep moving, begin to take large steps for acceleration. If you don’t acknowledge and talk about your goals and visions, nothing will change. You will not change.

Don’t live in a shell of you. You can do this.
